Four Months Old!

I'm 4 months old now!  I had to go to the doctor yesterday and got poked again.  That's just no fun.  You should have seen the look of surprise on my face when the lady stuck my leg - that quickly turned into tears.  But not for long...

I've evened out now - almost 25 in tall and 15 lbs (in full disclosure, they weighed me on an empty belly).  All my rolling around is burning some calories!

A family picture from the weekend.  I might look happy in the picture but I didn't take a nap on Saturday so this is a fake happy face!  Mom and Dad took me to two get togethers - you'd think they know that's not a good idea without a nap!  

Dogwood Festival!

Atlanta had beautiful weather last weekend (much better than the rain this weekend!) and we all went on a family outing to the Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park (well, Paul had to stay at home).  I stayed up quite a bit trying to take in all of the action, but just couldn't hang the entire time and fell asleep towards the end.

I wore my hat and even sunscreen for the first time.  But I think Mom and Dad were too late with the sunscreen - I got a little sunburn on my face...

Mom and Dad were trying to show me where they used to live in Midtown.  It just wasn't that interesting!

Since I wasn't appreciating Midtown, they decided they would without me!

Bucket of Fun!

Over the weekend I found a new way to entertain myself.  I've got a bucket of toys and instead of playing with them individually, I found it was way more fun to play with them all at once!  Noise is fun!

Friday Night Fun!

Mom and Dad had a dinner party at our house on Friday night.  I had a party of my own with my friends Rylan and Kenley - technically a slumber party, but a party just the same.

Mom and Dad didn't go to bed quite as early as me, so they were pretty tired on Saturday.  That was fine with me - I'm not going to say no to a nap when I get to snuggle up with someone!

Picture Day!

Last week at school was picture day!  Since it was my first time, I wanted to make sure I was the most handsome in the class.  Mission accomplished!

I can't wait to see the professional pictures - I smiled big!

This was earlier in the week at school - I got to hang out in the cushion circle.  I like it because I can sit up in it and they have a ball like the one I have at home.

Ceiling Fans are Awesome!

Ceiling fans are awesome!  So exciting that it's getting warm and they will be on more in the house!

I was laying in mom's lap on the bed - I couldn't get enough of the ceiling fan!

Uncle Dan and Aunt Laura hung out while they were in town over the weekend.  Aunt Laura brought me another handmade gift - can you tell I'm a fan??

I'm a roly-poly!

That's right world!  I can roll over now!  I like to be on my stomach, so I'm really just a one directional roller for now.  And I only roll to the left.  So no worries - I'm not all grown up just yet!

Fun Weekend!

Last weekend was lots of fun!  I had lots of visitors.  They said they were coming to Atlanta to visit our whole family, but I know they were really just coming to see me!

Got to hang out with Aunt Vicki...had a bit of a drooling problem...

Opening Day!

Last Monday Mom and Dad went to watch the Braves Opening Day game.  They got me all dressed up for it and I thought I was going, but then they left without me!  It ended up being okay though because me and Grandpa Young got to hang out and play.

I'm ready for the next Braves game now that I have my own pair of shades!  Just need a bigger Braves shirt...

Got My Fingers!

I know, I know... Everyone has been telling me that there is something much better sized for my mouth than my fist and I just wasn't listening!  Okay, I get it now!  Fingers are awesome!

School Days!

I've been going to school for two weeks now! Next week I won't be the youngest kid in the class. I'll get to show the new kids the ropes!

• 2 1 outfit changes due to a diaper mishap
• 1 cold (complete with a cough)
• 1 three hour nap

On Sunday I celebrated my first Easter!  Grandma Young was too sick to join us, but Grandpa came over to eat with us.  

I only like to smile when I want to...and family pictures is not one of those times!

I have an iron grip these days!  I liked holding onto my bunny from Grandma Hermansen!

Dinnertime!

I finally earned a real seat at the dinner table!  Mom and Dad still won't share their food with me, but at least I have a chair now.  Baby steps...
