Baby Sister!

My baby sister isn't too exciting to me right now so I don't have much to say about her yet...  Mom's belly keeps getting bigger which wouldn't be a big deal but I'm having a hard time getting comfortable in her lap for story time!  Mom tries to get me to rub her belly, but I don't see the point.  I will give her belly kisses when she asks though...  And I've gotten good at recognizing babies on TV, in public, and in pictures!

Here's my baby sister at 20 weeks!  Can you see her little nose and hands?

Here she is in Mom's belly at 22 weeks and 25 weeks!

And here she is at 27 weeks!

Another Haircut!

These haircuts seem to be non-stop!  This was my 4th one and took place at school again.  It wasn't nearly as bad this time around though.  Mom and Dad were so happy to just pick me up at the end of the day and have me looking handsome!

Here's my before and after pictures!

In full disclosure of the above pictures I was not feeling well at all that week!  Mom might have caught me during a few good moments but that wasn't how most of the week went.  I even stayed home from school for 2 days with a fever.  Mom took me to the doctor and ends up I had a double ear infection!  So much for going through the process of getting tubes in my ears...  One tube was blocked and the other one had fallen out of place.  So I had to take medicine mixed in my milk plus ear drops.  Like I said - not a fun week!  AndI have to go back to the ear doctor to figure out what to do with my tubes...

But I'm all better now and it makes a world of difference!  Everyone likes to be around me again!
Because I wasn't feeling well, I stayed with Grandma Young while Mom and Dad went to the Clemson game.  Probably a good idea...

Tailgating!

This year I got to go to two Clemson football games!  I was an excellent tailgater!  For both games we only stayed until halftime, which was enough for me.  Maybe next year I'll be able to stay a little longer...

I got to play a little corn hole...

It was the Tiger Cub's birthday so we went to a little party for him.  I was more interested in climbing the bleachers than anything else!

I definitely wasn't interested in getting close to the Tiger Cub - even if it was his birthday!

The first game we went to was a night game so I got to stay up way past my bedtime!  But I got a second wind and had a good time!

At the 2nd game, I found a "tractor" to play on.  I also got to see my friend Daniel again - he had some good toys at his tailgate!

When you need a break, sometimes even a ball will make a good seat!

Here I am at the first game showing off my cheering skills!  My favorite is to yell "Go Tigers!"

Family Pictures!

Back in July there were lots of family pictures to take!  First with the Hermansen's in Iowa and then with the Young's in Atlanta when Great Grandma visited.  Pictures definitely aren't my favorite thing to do!  I'm just not into the whole smile on command thing...

Here's the family picture with the Hermansen's.  Can you tell who wasn't too excited to be taking pictures?  Hint - take a look at the car...

I tolerated being in the picture because of the car but that wasn't enough for a smile!

Still didn't want to smile but it was better being on the dock.  And just maybe I actually was smiling when I was walking away from the camera...

Even a present from Uncle Dan and Aunt Laura couldn't get a smile!

Can you tell that Mom and Dad like to take pictures?

Back at home with Great Grandma, Uncle Skylar caught me with a smile on my face!

Mom asked where her nose was so I showed her...  Watch out when you ask me where your eye is - you might just get poked!

Some pictures with my Great Grandma!

Here's the family picture with the Young's.  Maybe I would have smiled if they didn't make me take pictures in my PJs.  But probably not...

Mountain Time!

Grandma and Grandpa Young took me on a little vacation to the north GA mountains the other weekend.  Mom and Dad didn't complain - it was their first weekend at home without me since I joined the family!  I think they were able to stay busy with football, friends and chores around the house!

Here we are at the cabin!  I helped out by bringing my luggage inside.

I got to do some work outside with a shovel and then we went on a hike.  I didn't make it too far on the hike...  That mountain air is tiring!

Grandma and I read some stories and then it was time for bed.  I didn't have my normal bed at the cabin so I got to sleep in a big bed...with lots of pillows!

There were lots of car naps since there wasn't a whole lot of other sleeping!

We went to an apple farm where we got to ride on a real tractor!

Not only did I get to ride on a tractor but I got to drive one too!  And of course we picked some apples!

Grandma and I rode a cow ride - I think Grandma was a little scared but I stayed cool and calm!  We had a fun time on our weekend getaway!

Stone Mountain!

Once it started to cool off we took a trip to Stone Mountain.  It was a little drizzly when we got there but it cleared up after we ate lunch and ended up being a pretty nice day!  I got to see the Stone Mountain carving, ride a real life choo-choo, ride a tram, splash in a puddle on top of the mountain, and run around in a play house.  It was a fun day and for anyone wondering - no, I didn't make it out of the parking lot before falling asleep!

Here I am waiting for the choo-choo to come - I was pretty excited!  I like to point them out in books but I've never seen one in real life!

It was relaxing taking a ride on the choo-choo!  Then after the ride was over we got to check out the engine and meet one of the train engineers.

We took the tram to the top of Stone Mountain.  That was fun but as you can see (or not), the view wasn't too great with all of the clouds and fog.  We didn't stay up there too long - it was cold, windy and nothing to see!

Back at the bottom of the mountain, we posed for a picture in front of the carving!
