Easter!

We woke up on Easter to discover that the Easter Bunny had visited our house!  I have become quite the easter egg hunter!  After that, we put our nice clothes on (with only a few arguments) and went to Grandma and Grandpa Young's house.  The Easter Bunny had visited over there, too!

Just a little bit of candy for us!

If you were wondering what I was doing while Clara was relaxing and blowing bubbles, look hard behind Grandma B and you can see me with my soccer ball!  I finally had to stop for some water and had my picture taken!

And of course we stopped long enough to take some family pictures!

Field Trip!

In Pre-K, we took our first real field trip and Mom came along as a chaperone!  We had been to the library before, but that's just across the street from GP.  This field trip was to the Atlanta Children's Museum!

For this field trip we took the Street Car there so we had to wait at the stop for it to come!  I waited with my best buddies of course - Miles, Elliott, Henry and Spencer!

The teachers said to stick with your assigned buddy so I did, even though we couldn't sit next to each other!

We got to the museum a little early so we all had to wait outside until it was our turn to go in!  Our teachers are pros though so they knew how to keep 20 Pre-K kids occupied - even though we were outside and in a small space!  One game we played was the statue game!

I was glad Mom came on the trip because I was the only kid to get hurt - I cut my finger and needed to get a band-aid!

We had to work as a team!

We had a fun time!  After eating lunch there, we walked back to GP (for a long nap)!

While we waited outside, our teachers had a couple of us lead some group exercises.  I led my friends in a stretch, wall sit and some dance moves!

Not So Wild and Crazy!

It might seem like we are always wild, crazy and on the go!  But that's not always the case.  We sometimes slow down to relax and enjoy our toys (quietly even - every now and then)!

We were checking out the new toys and books Mom got us from the consignment sale!  It was like Christmas morning again! 

These are some of our favorite quiet activities - arts and crafts for Clara and Legos for me! 

 

We worked together to decorate some Easter eggs (with stickers)!

Talk about relaxing - nothing like some brownie batter!

We even play together nicely sometimes! 

Science Project!

In Pre-K we had to come up with something we wanted to learn more about and do a project on it.  I picked airplanes!

First I made different kinds of paper airplanes and did some experiments to see which kind flew the fastest and furthest!

Then I put everything I learned on a big display!  Patricia even helped out when she was home with me for the weekend.  I did all of the writing, cutting and gluing by myself!

During the science fair at school, I taught my friends and their parents what I had learned about airplanes!

Patricia the Pout Pout fish came home with me for another weekend!

We went to a Chick-fil-a event for dinner and Patricia got to meet the cow!

Patricia came to my t-ball game and cheered me on with Clara! 

She wanted some of my doughnut but I ate it all myself!

Then we went to an Easter egg hunt!  Patricia wasn't much help in finding Easter eggs!

Patricia came with me to get a hair cut!

And took a trip over to Grandma B and Grandpa Mark's house to check on its progress!

We had a big sleepover in my bed with me, Patricia and Clara!

Vegas Trip!

Not a Vegas trip for us - for Mom and Dad!  But it did mean a weekend with Grandma B and Grandpa Mark for us!

It didn't take us long to find some dirt to play in!

And hung out at the park after my t-ball game!

And of course played at the park when we were there!

It doesn't take much for me to find a way to entertain myself (and others)!

Even though Mom and Dad were having fun in Vegas, I think they were missing us, too!

Bowling Party!

Our friend Will had his birthday party at a bowling ally!  Both Clara and I were invited to the party and had lots of fun!

We did some bowling and ate pizza! 

After bowling, they had an arcade where we got to play video games! 

I liked the motorcycle one the best!
