Soccer Girl!

I had a great first soccer season!  Our team was pretty good and we scored lots of goals.  I'm looking forward to playing again!

It's serious business on the soccer field!

I wasn't a soccer star at all the games though...sometimes you're just not in the mood to play soccer!

Another fun part of the season was that my friend from school Gabi was on the team, too!

Owen and his friends (Emmitt and Tred) were excellent cheerleaders!  Owen even attempted some cartwheels for me!

Bike Park!

Just up the road from us, a new mountain bike park opened!  We went to check it out!  They had lots of different courses, including some of in the woods (I've got to get a little older for those)!

Clara had just as much fun running on the tracks as riding her bike!

Clara stuck to the smaller course, but she did great!

I went on some of the larger tracks but I had lots of fun on the concrete ramp, too!

We weren't up for riding our bikes on the rock course, but it was fun jumping off the ramps!

Fall Fun!

One weekend, Owen had a sleepover at a friend's house and the morning that we picked him up we decided to take a family hike up Kennesaw Mountain!  We all did great hiking up the mountain (but Mom did get a little tired)!

Unfortunately the view from the top wasn't that great...so we will need to do it again on a more clear day! 

It warmed up later that day so we headed to the pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkins!

That weekend I also went to a friend's birthday party!  I went with my friend Gabi and when we got back in the car to come home, it was pouring!  We got soaked!

Animal Kingdom!

Our last Disney World day was at Animal Kingdom!  It was hot, but we had fun seeing some animals and riding more rides!

We found the Tree of Life!

We found a cool motorcycle - we couldn't actually drive it though!

But it was fun pretending!

We got scared on a Dinosaur safari!  Dad and Owen rode to the top of Everest and came across a Yeti monster!

And Mom's favorite was the animal safari!  We saw lots of cool animals!

I managed to sneak in a last visit with Minnie and Mickey!

They loved my twirly dress!

We ventured into Pandora world - watch out for the flying animals!

The very last ride we went on was the only one that I wasn't tall enough for (Avatar's Flight of Passage).  I was bummed so Dad and I made our own fun while Mom and Owen rode it!  Check out our happy and silly faces!

Magic Kingdom Day 2!

We couldn't get everything done at Magic Kingdom, so we went back for another day!

Another family picture with the castle...and Tinkerbell!  Clara had so much fun as Cinderella the day before, she left her hair up and wore a simpler Cinderella dress!

We all loved Seven Dwarfs Mine Train!  I even got my hands up for part of it!

We loved Splash Mountain so much that we went back for another ride on it!

Clara wanted to do the carousal again!

We both wanted to ride the Tea Cups again!

This was one of our favorite rides of the trip!

We came across a few characters in the park as well!  We listened to Belle tell the story of her and the Beast and then ran into one of the country bears.

Mom found her special treat and even shared some with us - a Dole Whip!

We had fun at a shooting range!

We took a break at the hotel in the afternoon and came back for some nighttime fun at the park!  We even saw the light show at the castle!

Here we are riding the Tea Cups for about the 8th time!  It never got old!
