Birthday Parties!

We joined some neighborhood birthday celebrations - Covid style!

Our friend Hadley had her 5th birthday with the Kona Ice truck!

Snow cones for everyone!

My friend Harper celebrated his birthday at the park with a color war!

We had bottles of colored cornstarch that we used to try to get as much color as we could on our opponents!

I used my moves to dodge some blue coming at me!

I think I did pretty good avoiding too much color!  Some people had it all over their faces!

A couple of my neighborhood buddies - Hagen and Cade!

For my friend Cade's birthday we went to a cool place where we could play golf and zombie dodge ball, but on a screen!

Hiking Fun!

We had a couple of nice winter weekends, so we met Grandma and Grandpa Young outside for some hikes!

Clara was able to try out her new hydration backpack - she didn't have to carry a water bottle because she had it all in her backpack!

We found a new trail on the Chattahoochee River!

Clara walked with Dad and Grandpa and I was in charge of Jessie!

I found a huge, uprooted tree!

It was fun to hang out with Grandma and Grandpa!

We got home and Jessie and Clara wanted more sunshine outside!

The next weekend we found a different trail, but still on the Chattahoochee river!

We tried skipping some rocks into the river!

February Fun!

It started to feel a little bit normal being back at school and doing the regular school activities we had been missing!

It was 100 days of kindergarten for me!  I went with 100 pom poms - way heavier than you would think pom poms would be!

I counted to 100 while making my sticker hat!

Then it was time to celebrate Valentine's Day!  Dad helped us make our "mailboxes" for the school party!

Owen and I were in charge of addressing all of the Valentine cards for our classmates!

Ms. Ivory brought us a special Valentine's treat!

We got to decorate our own heart doughnuts!  They were yummy!

I got together with the other neighborhood kindergartners to do a video for our school's Tiger Trot fundraiser!

We didn't have plans for Winter Break so we did a camp!  Owen did Way 2 Play and I did Way 2 Cheer!  I'm in the front row with the orange pom poms!

Practicing our stunting!

Here we all are! I'm in the front again - the only one with orange pom poms!

Here's our final performance that we worked all week to learn!  I'm the one in the skirt!
