Blair Witch!

I'm thinking about trying out for a role in the next Blair Witch movie!  Think I'll get a part??

Luckily for Mom and Dad, I was trying my acting skills in the morning and not in the middle of the night!

Standing Everywhere!

These days, if I'm not crawling somewhere, I'm standing!  I have no problem pulling myself up and can even get back to the ground myself.  I can also cruise around things - my favorite places to cruise are the ottoman and Mom and Dad's bathtub.

I like to stand and look out the windows...

I like to stand and hope someone gets me out of baby jail...

I like to stand at the ottoman and play with my toys...

I like to stand and play with my Sesame Street toy...

I like to stand and play with Paul...

I like to stand on top of my toy at Grandma and Grandpas...

I like to stand next to Paul at his window seat...

Here's how I get back down - very carefully and then plop to the ground!

Clemson Campaign!

Last week at daycare, I went on a Clemson campaign to teach some of my fellow classmates about the best college football team there is!  I wore one of my Clemson shirts each day of the week.  I think I got a few extra people cheering for Clemson!

This was the last time for me wearing just about all of these shirts - you can tell in a few I was about to bust out!  Hopefully Mom and Dad picked up some new Clemson clothes for me over the weekend!

Monday

Tuesday - I was looking a little tired here...

On Saturday Mom and Dad broke the news to me that I couldn't go to the big game.  So disappointed...but then I found out that I was spending the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Young.  I'm the cutest little tiger around!

Here was what I missed at the big game...hopefully I'll get to see it in person next month!  Mom and Dad looked like they were missing me a lot, don't they?

Eight Months Old!

I turned 8 months old last week!  It's been a big month with me learning to crawl, cruise and climb stairs!  First tooth didn't make the board this month, but it will next month.  I've got one coming!  It's razor sharp - be careful putting your fingers in my mouth!

Picture time has turned into play time for me these days.  It's time to crawl around on the couch and to take this funny, sticky think off my shirt and try to eat it!

I've also discovered a new way to smile.  Mom and Dad call it my "cheesy" grin.  Not sure what that means but I know for sure it makes them laugh when I do it!

Watch Out!

Look at what I can do now!  I'm so proud of myself!  Mom and Dad aren't as excited as I am about it though...  Mom said something about a gate already on order from Amazon!

Sunday Play Date!

Last Sunday we all went over to the Palmer's house for a cookout.  I had lots of fun playing with Elle, Elliott, and Mackenzie!

I took advantage of Dad not paying attention to take a quick taste of his bottle...not as easy to drink out of as mine!

Got to try out a bouncy house for the first time.  It was kind of fun when I was the only person in it.  But I didn't like it too much when other people were bouncing in it...

Elle was showing Mackenzie and I how to draw...we both thought it was way more fun just to put it in our mouths though!

I got to ride a tractor for the first time and it was just my size!  I couldn't reach the pedals myself so Elle was nice enough to drive me around!

Uncle Skylar!

Last weekend Uncle Skylar came to visit!  I haven't seen him since the day after I was born.  He was supposed to get to spend more time with me when I was first born, but that whole hanging out in Mom's belly an extra week threw the schedule off!  So, needless to say, I've changed a bit since he saw me last!

We never did get a picture of just the Young's when I was first born, so here it is 7+ months later!

We had fun - he even brought a balloon for me to play with!  Definitely couldn't fit it into my mouth so I wasn't sure how to play with it.

Grandpa Young was nice enough to keep me company in baby jail.  We played some stacking cups - the best part is getting to knock them down!

Some of the neighborhood kids were riding their bikes so I was paying attention so I'm ready when I'm big enough!
