We had lots of fun at Thanksgiving inside the cabin too! Clara and I found plenty of ways to occupy ourselves and we had lots of people to play with!
Grandma B brought a Target catalog for each of us so we could figure out what we wanted for Christmas. Surprise - we wanted everything! Clara and I played some Spot It too!
And I think we belong to the right family - we love puzzles too!
We were concentrating hard!
It was a group effort to get the big puzzle done!
I got a new Lego set from Uncle Skylar and Aunt Nichole so I took time to put it all together right away!
Another favorite game of the trip was Go Fish!
Of course we had our tickle session with Dad!
Clara helped cook some of the Thanksgiving dishes!
I updated my Thankful Turkey from last year by writing (by myself) some of the things I'm thankful for!
We had some quiet time, too when we read stories with Grandma B!
Here's all the girls in their cozy pajama pants (and candy cane hearts)!
We spent another Thanksgiving in North Georgia this year - and even had Uncle Skylar and Aunt Nichole back with us! We had our normal fun and the weather was nice so we got to spend a lot of time outside!
We fried our turkey and made doughnuts like we always do, but this year we tried something new in the fryer - corn dogs! We made our batter, dripped the hot dogs in and fried them!
It was not a clean process making corn dogs and doughnuts!
They turned out great - possibly a new tradition!
Owen finally tried a doughnut this year and realized what he's been missing out on!
I tried it all!
The backyard was perfect for corn hole - which of course then turned into a bike ramp for Owen!
I even tried riding my bike in the backyard - a little hard for me!
The deck had a nice straight spot for bikes and scooters! I've been riding my balance bike but Dad brought Owen's old bike with training wheels for me to try. It didn't take long for me to get the hang of peddling and steering!
We spent lots of time out by the camp fire too!
Our super hero poses!
Owen likes to roast marshmallows but then eat uncooked ones!
There was a big hill in front of the cabin - since there wasn't any traffic on the road, it was fun for scooters and bikes!
