I got to go to my first Braves baseball game in June! It was an evening game so I got to stay up past my bedtime, but I had so much fun I didn't even fall asleep on the way home! The game had a lot of action and the Braves won. I learned how to do the tomahawk chop chant - sometime I mix it up and say Go Tigers at the end, but that's okay...
I got to walk in on Dad's shoulders - you can see the stadium just over Dad's right shoulder.
There was a lot to take in at the start of the game - I had to concentrate hard on it all! Plus if I wasn't careful (or if Dad wasn't holding it), the seat would fold up on me!
The Longley's came into town and invited us to the game with them. I got to see Kristi and Connor again - plus they ended up getting great seats!
Can you guess what I ate for dinner? And I just about ate it all! I had such a fun time - I'm pretty sure I'll get to go back again!
Clara didn't get to go to the game with us - maybe next time. Instead, she spent the night with Grandma and Grandpa Young. Looks like she had a pretty fun time herself and she got to try out my swing!
