We had a good 4th of July! We had an extra two days of no school so that we could celebrate the holiday right! We may have worn Mom and Dad out - I heard them talking about being excited to go back to work...
Here we are in our 4th of July outfits - thanks Aunt Noreen!
We started the day at a parade. Unfortunately I still haven't seen a parade because it ended up being cancelled due to the rain. Maybe the next holiday I'll get to figure out what a parade is...
We all wore our red, white and blue!
After the parade that didn't happen we went to get coffee with Grandma and Grandpa Young. I ate all of Grandpa's snacks that he got from running the Peachtree race!
Later in the day we went over to their house that is near Marietta square. I got to go "swimming" - not a bath - to cool off!
That night we got to stay up way past our bedtime to see fireworks! Neither of us were scared, although I'm not a fan of firework noise when I can't see them - they are too loud!
Here's a fun video of me having fun waiting on the parade (before we found out it was cancelled)! I don't need a parade to have a good time - a puddle of water will do!
