American Ninja Warrior!

My friend Elliott invited me to his birthday party and it was at an American Ninja Warrior training facility!  I had been there earlier this year for another friend's birthday party, so it was awesome to go again!  We got to try all sorts of obstacles, including the warped wall!

Ready for some Ninja moves!

First we did some rings!  I definitely needed some help on these...

Then some time on the warped wall.  I didn't need any help on the little one - made it up on my first try!  I got so close to making it up the bigger one, but I need to grow about an inch!

We got to do a rope swing too!  And you can see the giant warped wall next to us that we got to try.  Definitely need a few inches to get close to making it up that one!

Quite an impressive group of Ninja Warriors!

Maybe you'll see me on American Ninja Warrior TV show one day!

Here I am making it up the small sized warped wall!

Here I am almost making it up the medium wall!

And my pretty good attempt at the full size warped wall!

Here I am doing the obstacle course on the rope swing!

Lunch with Grandma!

On Grandparent's Day, Grandma B came to my school to have lunch with me!  We had a fun time!  I introduced her to my friends and she let me take some pictures on her phone!

Here I am with Clare and Maggie!

Grandma and I posing for pictures!

Here's my selfie skills!

Birthday Party Time!

After starting school, I had a couple birthday party invites - one from a PreK friend and one from a new kindergarten classmate.  Double the parties!

Clara's friend Ridley was at my PreK friend's party - she had just as much fun as I did!

My kindergarten friend had all sorts or princess clothes to dress up with - Clara didn't hesitate!  There were also a few superhero things so I got in on the fun, too!

Girl's Day Out!

Mom and I went on a special outing to see Moana at the Fox Theater!  It was a fancy way to see a great movie!  We even got to sing along to the songs (but Mom and I don't know the Moana songs as well as we know the Frozen songs...)

It wasn't just Mom and I though!  My friends Maggie and Laura (and their moms) went, too!

First, we all went to lunch together at Ponce City Market!

We were on our best behavior...no trouble makers here! Haha!

BFFs!

It was fun out with just the girls!

After lunch we headed to the Fox to watch Moana!

I'm going to need to watch Moana again some time to see how it ends...

Georgia Aquarium!

Our friends Joel and Daniel came to stay with us one weekend. We joined them on a visit to the Georgia Aquarium!

The jelly fish glowed and were so cool!

We were looking for Nemo and Dory!

They had a cool suspension bridge to go across - Clara did it all by herself!

Here we all are!  Joel is a couple years older but Daniel and I have birthdays just 2 days apart!  We see them when we go to Clemson games!

The aquarium wore us out!

My Style, My Way!

I may be the little sister around the house, but I'm definitely my own person! I've got my own style, my own voice and my own way about things!  And I can be stubborn about it!

Sometimes it's so bright that 3 pairs of sunglasses are needed!

I was excited about the sunflowers that grew in our garden as school!

Mom picked me up early one day and we were still outside playing, so I got to show her our sunflowers!

We had a giant dragon fly in the playroom.  He couldn't find his way outside so he died.  I was very interested to look at him up close!

Being 3 can be stressful - good sleep is a necessity!

We did out annual picture again this year at the start of football season!  This year Genevieve joined us in the picture in her Clemson dress!

Here we all were last year!  We've been posing together in our team gear since we were tiny babies!  Our outfits all got a little bit shorter since last year!

Mom found me a ballerina dress and let me wear it one time to school!  I would wear it every week if I could!

I definitely can turn on the charm when I want to!  Just ask me to show my dimple!

Mom wanted to buy all of my school pictures because I was just so cute, but limited herself to just one of them!

Here's my ballerina dress in action!

Every now and then Owen and I will put on an evening performance!  Here's mine!

And I have to give credit where it's due - I've learned everything I know about performing from my brother!  Ladies and Gentlemen!  It's Owen Hermansen!

Kindergarten!

Even though I was done with Pre-K, I still went to camp over the summer at GP for Kids.  But at the end of the summer, it was time to start kindergarten at my new school - Teasley!

Before kindergarten started, we got a surprise in the mail!  Uncle Dan and Aunt Laura sent us some new outfits!  I love Nike!

My very last at GP for Kids!  I said bye to one of my favorite teachers - Ms Michaela - and to my Pre-K classroom!

Of course we got the chalkboard out for the first day!

Mom, Dad and Clara all walked me to the bus stop!  It started out rainy but luckily didn't last for too long!

Mila and I are the kindergartners at the bus stop!  The first day started out a little rough with the bus - we had to wait a really long time for the bus to show up.  There was plenty of time for pictures...

Finally the bus did show up and we were on our way to school (late!).  One of the neighborhood dads rode the bus with us just to make sure that were no more delays in us getting to school!

We made it to school - 40 minutes late!  Once we got there, one of the neighborhood moms helped all of us kindergartners get to our classes.  There are 5 of us in the neighborhood - Jude, Ellyana, Trevor, me and Mila!

It was a great first day! (And a smooth bus ride home...)
